・Investigate engine architecture and workflows. Test core systems needed for gameplay implementation
・Together with other leads, analyze game requirements. Evaluate cost and risk and define project milestones
・Work with the Lead Engine Programmer to design efficient and scalable solutions
・Prepare documentation and tutorial for the gameplay teams
・Manage the gameplay programmer team and ensure the smooth production of gameplay features (implementation of best practices, task scheduling, regular reports, etc…).
・As much as time allows, personally take charge of design and implementation of core gameplay systems.
・Enforce regular reviews and profiling and ensure respect of specifications as well as an enjoyable experience for the player
