This position is leading to create business requirements of EC or Digital Projects as a member of business division. The platform is a part of group architecture and implemented by multinational IT Team.
【職務内容】
Analyze Business Requirements
・ Define the Business Requirements through the interview with stakeholders
・ Write a concrete requirement with analyzing the gaps from current features.
・ Explain the requirements to IT and answer the questions
・ Review and Test the deliverables of business requirements
Support Business Operation
・ Learn the new features of Salesforce Commerce Cloud
・ Share the ideas to use new features to grow the business with operation team
・ Support to establish business operations
Share the Best Practices
・ Participate frequent calls with other countries to share the best practice
・ Assess the feasibility of the best practices from other countries
